Employees of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Kyzylorda held a meeting where they discussed the goals and objectives noted in the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s Address to the Nation “Constructive public dialogue — the basis of stability and prosperity of Kazakhstan”, and expressed their readiness to implement the ideas of the President.
A range of new projects related to building a modern effective state, ensuring the rights, freedoms and security of citizens, as well as creating a developed and inclusive economy have been marked in the important document of the country presented this year. Once again, the Head of State highlighted the need for the transition to a new stage of social modernisation, focusing on improving the quality of education. Schools should direct their work to identify students’ abilities and move on to career guidance policies that will become the basis of the national standard for secondary education.
According to teachers, the current message highlights new development prospects in various fields. “The President’s Address clearly reflects the goals and objectives of improving the welfare of the country, starting from creating a mechanism to diversify the economy to improving the quality of life of the population. I am sure that in the new 2020 year, many new effective reforms are waiting for us and all planned actions will be able to raise the state to a new level of development”, said Galymzhan Makhanov, a teacher of Global Perspectives and Project Work.
During the meeting, teachers expressed their readiness to implement the ideas of the President. And the director of the school, Bakhyt Zhumatay, noted the significance of the issues raised in the message and the importance of the role of teachers in the implementation of the tasks.
