Two students of the Kyzylorda NIS won prizes in the online video contest “Birge okiyk” dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Nazarbayev Intellectual School of Chemical and Biological direction of Shymkent.
Pupils of all Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools took part in the literary competition, held within the framework of the Readx project, and presented their videos about their favorite books. According to the results of the competition, the 1st place was awarded to a student of the 9th grade of NIS Kyzylorda, Mukhammed Nagashybay (curator Akbota Zhumabayeva). In his 3-minutes video, he spoke about the work of the famous writer Roza Mukanova “Mangilik bala beine”:
— This book conveys the sadness and pain of the Kazakh people. During the preparation of the project, I was deeply touched by the kindness of the heroine Leyla, who suffered from the consequences of the Semipalatinsk test site. I tried to convey to the audience that it is necessary to accept people with disabilities, help in socialization, and provide support.
The second place was given to 9th grade student Nursila Amirbekkyzy (curator Markhabbat Ramankulova), who creatively analyzed the content of the poem “Eskendir” by Abai Kunanbaev.
