The dance group “Samga” of the Kyzylorda Intellectual School took the 1st place in the republican creative competition “Dance battle”.

About 80 creative teams from the cities of Atyrau, Aktau, Turkestan, Shymkent and Kyzylorda took part in the traditional dance tournament. Teams in three age categories performed in the following categories: folk and Kazakh choreography, modern dance. Kyzylorda intellectuals performed the song “Zhastyk shattygy”, showing a high level of training.

“The dance reveals the beauty of the traditions and culture of our people, demonstrates the characteristics of the Kazakh youth,” explained the head of the dance group Zhuldyzai Maulenova.
