On the eve of World Children’s Day, the special correctional boarding school No. 6 for children with hearing impairments performed a concert on the stage of the Intellectual School in Kyzylorda.

The repertoire of the program was distinguished by a variety of different musical performances. Pupils of the correctional school demonstrated various forms of dance by moving feet and bodies to music choreographically, furthermore, sang popular songs in sign language.

There has been set a friendly relationship between our students and boarding school children for about four years. Our learners regularly visit their school with a concert program and organize different educational games. Today our friends have come to our school with a tour concert and let us have been overwhelmed and thrilled by their talent, – says the project coordinator, and teacher-curator Asel Zakirova.

During the event, the principal of the school, Zhanbyrzhan Bekbolatov, expressed gratitude to the team for the conferred emotions and wished them success in their work:

– One of the main values ​​of our school is respect and cooperation. I am sure that today’s event will further strengthen the friendship between the students and will be the beginning of new joint projects.

At the end of the musical event, young intellectuals presented guests with memorable gifts and souvenirs, and the meeting of friends continued over tea. In addition, the guests were able to choose books from the Bookcrossing corner.
