The teachers from Turkestan Intellectual School completed an internship at NIS Aral Sea region. During a school tour, they familiarized themselves with the material and technical infrastructure and learned about the features of creating a conducive environment for students.

Then, the delegation participated in master classes covering the organization of preparations for Olympiads and scientific projects, lesson planning, conducting external summative assessments, and providing feedback.

Furthermore, teachers attended demo lessons in chemistry, physics, and the Kazakh language, where effective methods of differentiated teaching were demonstrated.

Additionally, the teachers received methodological support for maintaining documentation within methodological associations, and recommendations were provided for addressing problematic issues.
